Besides the gorgeous ocean view and creative handmade props, we are loving how cute and casual this maternity session is. Tracy & Martin’s relaxed but chic style is illustrated perfectly through these adorable photos captured by Kong Wai of History Studio. Love story
Tracy & Martin: We went to the same secondary school, but we didn’t know each other until 4-5 years after we graduated. We were on a long-distance relationship for 3 years when Martin was stationed in Shanghai, and because of this, it often feels like it took us twice the effort to start our own family. We have been through a lot of difficulties, but we still want to thank God for leading us through tough times and letting us experience what “life” is really all about.
Thoughts from the couple
Tracy & Martin: We really like natural, outdoors environment where we get to feel the sunshine, sea breeze, and fresh air. After seeing our photographer, Kong Wai’s previous work, we were inspired to get creative and prepare some handmade items for our baby. As parents-to-be, it’s fun and memorable to include a personal touch in the maternity session.
Thoughts from the photographer
Kong Wai: We spent around 2 hours walking around Trac & Martin’s home to capture some natural moments of love, where the couple could just get comfortable and be themselves. I really enjoyed photographing this session because the atmosphere was so relaxed and all the emotions were so real and natural.
