Love & Proposal Story
Alice & Jan met at a skiing event in Austria, and it was love at first sight. On a beautiful summer day in July, Jan rented a boat at Hallstatt/Austria, and proposed in the middle of Hallstatt Lake when the church bell started ringing at 6pm.
Thoughts from the couple
Alice & Jan: Our guests arrived from many different coutnries: our families came from Italy and Poland, and our friends from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, USA, Ukraine, Hungary, France, Croatia, Peru and the Philippines. It was very important to us to make sure that all our guests felt comfortable on our wedding day.
We also wanted our wedding to be very romantic and dreamy, so we picked the gorgeous Hetzendorf Castle, located in the heart of Vienna City, to be our ceremony venue.
We are glad that the entire day was filled with joy, excitement, and never-ending love!

Pearls & Berries Photography: Alice and Jan’s wedding day was very romantic, dreamy and natural. It was also multicultural, for Alice is italian and Jan is polish, and their guests came from all over the world (12 different countries) to celebrate their big day!
Alice & Jan are both easy-going, super friendly, and charismatic. Their deep and true love is simply contagious. Being a photographer is truly an amazing gift, and I absolutely love to shoot couples like them!
