As a petite mom-to-be, she was unsure if she’d ever be blessed with children, but her experience showed us that miracles do happen and every child is a precious gift from God. Pregnancy story
Lavinia: “I have gotten a man child with the help of the LORD” (Genesis 4:1) This was my experience through pregnancy – children are a Gift from God.
Because I am petite, many people told me that I had to gain weight in order to have a baby one day. These words had a bad impact on me as I started to believe them. I used to ask myself, will I not be able to have a child when we want one? But a miracle happened. In April 2013, I got pregnant, right as we planned!
During my pregnancy, I felt stronger as a woman, spiritually, emotionally and physically, and others around me could feel it too. I was a very happy mom-to-be, energetic and full of enthusiasm. It was a miracle for me to see and feel how a new life is growing in me.
In January 2014, I gave birth to a healthy and beautiful baby boy, named Naum. I was only 1m taller than him! I am truly overwhelmed. It is a privilege and a holy gift to be a mom!
Creativity and personal touch
Emm & Clau: Lavinia &Teo got married in on June 20th, 2009, and they recently started working in the decorations field for events. This came handy for sure, with all the props we used for our photo session. We planned everything a few weeks before the shoot. Lavinia custom made her outfits and she even wore a dress her mom had when she was pregnant with her!
The photo session includes 3 different looks: classic, fun, and romantic.
Thoughts from the mom-to-be
Lavinia: We’ve always loved working with Emm and Clau, they are the kind of photographers that make you feel very close and comfortable. This photo session made me feel really special – me and my belly were the center of attention.
We loved the location and we were surprised to have such a beautiful warm weather in the Autumn (in Romania it gets pretty cold). The atmosphere was relaxed, with lots of laughter and positive energy. We wish that day never ended! And as always, I loved the result!
