The bodice of the dress is made from taffeta. It has small straps that are crossed on the back. The back of the dress is low cut. The full, plump, above-knee-length tutu skirt is crafted from soft tulle, with a underskirt for comfort. The dress has a loose waistband with 3 silver stars.
